Statement of Faith

1. We believe that the Bible, composed of both the Tanach (Hebrew Scriptures) and the B'rit HaChadashah (The Renewed Covenant) is the only infallible authoritative Word of G-D. (2 Timothy 3:15-17)
2. We believe that G-D is echad (one) as declared in the Shema prayer found in Deuteronomy 6:4 and Mark 12:29-31; a 'united one', or 'compound unity' eternally existent in three persons as expressed is Isaiah 48:16-17, and Luke
3:22.
3. We believe in the Deity of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah), that He is the 'Seed of the Woman', as G-D promised in Genesis 3:15, and that His virgin birth was to be a sign to Israel of His Messiahship as stated in Isaiah
7:14.
4. We believe in Messiah's sinless life, His miracles yesterday and today. His substitutionary sacrificial death on the cross as our atonement, His bodily resurrection, His appearance thereafter in Jerusalem, His ascension, His personal
future return for believers in Yeshua, both living and dead, and His future establishment of His kingdom on earth. (Isaiah 53; I Cor. 15:3-4)
5. We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is by grace through faith in the shed sacrificial blood of Yeshua HaMashiach by washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit. (Leviticus 17:11; Ephesians 2:8-9;
Ephesians 1:13-14)
6. We believe in the present ministry of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a godly life. (Isaiah 28:11-12; Ezekiel 36:26-27; Joel 2:27-29)
7. We believe that Jews, according to the flesh (descendants of Abraham through Isaac) who place their faith in Israel's Messiah Yeshua have not disowned or separated themselves from their race and Judaic heritage, but rather are now, as
never before, true sons and daughters of Israel. The gentiles have been grafted into the tree of Israel. The middle wall of partition has been broken down and we are now one new man. (Romans 2:28-29; Romans 11:17; Ephesians 2:11-14)
8. We believe in the resurrection of both saved and lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to eternal separation from G-D; the latter being consigned to a state of everlasting punishment. (Isaiah 26:19; Daniel 12:2; Matthew
25:46)
9. We believe in the partaking of the communal elements of the matzoh (unleavened bread) and the fruit of the vine as instituted by Yeshua HaMashiach at His last Passover seder supper; that the elements are symbolic of the L-rd's death and
His future return. (I Corinthians 12:23-34)
10. We believe in the mikvah (immersion) of believers, as commanded by the Scriptures, as an outward sign of an inward salvation experience, symbolizing the death, burial and resurrection unto newness of life. (Matthew 3:16;
28:18-20)
